Hey can you tell me what option should i prefer and why? 
Why there is 2 option for saving a particular screenshot?

Prefer PNG for lossless compression and if the file size doesn't bothers you. There is no quality degradation when transferring file in original form. Higher picture details are saved in PNG.

In JPG file size is small, there's a bit loss in quality each time the file is copied.

If you want clarity in your screenshot then you should opt for PNG because even after sharing PNG file, it doesn't loose it's quality and clarity while jpeg loose some quality..

Png..and for better quality/clarity..rest jpg also does the job(if you want to save device space)

Just take a screenshot of coloured pics and notice the differences(check file size)
