Issue relating to Galaxy M30s

Guys...............found a solution 

Just downgrade your Galaxy M30s to Android 9 (Pie), till Samsung makes Android 10 (Q) a stable one, Bug free etc.... 

I just downgraded, it seems like all of a sudden change & improvement in the usage.

do we require to unlock oem and bootloader in order to downgrade via odin?
