Many apps are crashing from the time it got updated to Android 10, In my M30, I frequently sent the system log info. to Google, they send app updates repeatedly but still the problem persists. I request @Samsung India to solve the issue. Attachments of system log files are below

Yes ..I had, But many apps crashes after the update!, I simply don't know...

Yeah same issues with my phone as well and other phones in the A series are also facing this issue after the update

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences > reset.

2- Settings > apps > select the desire app > storage > clear cache > go back > force stop.

3- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
