Please suggest some ways to stop automatic restart and overheating in M31. Its been only 28 since I purchased the new phone😒🙄

Check in Settings > Device Care > Click on Top right 3 Dots > Advanced

Ok, Disable Auto optimisation and Optimise settings also.
If this also doesn't solve your issue , then you may try factory data reset.
Last option is to visit service center.

Try to reset your Device.

Or goto Device care and chk which app is using battery and try to stop that app so that your Device can heat less.

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:-
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app along with short video while phone is restarting and error log file(Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
