Is there any way I can download Android 11 OneUi 3.1 for my Galaxy M02s?

My Galaxy M02s got updated to Android 12 One Ui 4.1 few days ago, but the post update experience is not that great. 

These are the following things which started happening after update -

• Play Store takes a long time to load and when scrolling it not smooth, sometimes the page stucks.
• When I am locking my phone from the homepage and when I unlock the phone I am welcomed with this - 

• I am unable to play recorded phone calls. 
  
  

  It shows unable to play during call, uou can see from the notification panel that there is no call going on at that time when I was trying to play the records. 

I will edit this post as soon as I find any more bugs.
