I am using internet speed meter app for detecting network speed. But the notification icon moves when i receive a message. Is there any way to pin that notification on top of all other notification
Kind of not, the notification is designed to stay at bottom of the list, so due to that the ordering happens. For the fact that it is designed to stay at bottom of list, so that you can view all details with minimal interaction with notifications.
