I have vi sim but it's not working in my phone only which is samsung M35 5g

Get in touch with VI. Try changing the SIM. This is a strange problem.

Please reset network settings of both Sim one by one and reset all settings in general management settings also flight ✈️ mode on and off one time also restart your device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots also turn off power saving mode also optimize your's device in device care also clear cache of all Apps manually also update your's all Apps too then try to it's again. Have the same problem with my samsung m35 5g phone too, tried everything mentioned in the comments, the problem is with the latest update itself, only samsung can fix it with a update... tried with sim interchange, new sim by updating the sim to latest 5g, but the same problem persists, the sim works fine in other phones...hope samsung fixes this...no problem in VI sim end..
