You can fix it using odin .
there is a video on youtube regarding this issue.
but then there is question will it void the warranty.
Your other option is to wait till lockdown is over and then get it fixed at service center.

Samsung had ditched all its customers on m31 update. the response from them is heartbreaking. we need to go to service center after lockdown and try our luck. never thought they are so irresponsible at this time. now I cant use phone at all. understand this is the state of many buyers ofm31. NOW I HATE SAMSUNG....

dont use Odin or flash custom rom as it voids warranty. just visit care center after lockdown and make sure to backup data remotely using computer to Google drive.
