which procedure ? it never going to solved by formatting ...the software needs to be flashed mamm from service center or by odin

it can be happened mamm maximum time if someone simply install software because it needed to be flashed by Odin or though authorized samsung service center not simply installed by mobile data or wifi which is not process in samsung devices as samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software..so anything mysterious can happened even motherboard or display can be destroyed forever as many users faced before ... visit nearest service center and flash that firmware

ya Same issue I am facing with M30s due to budget problem I am not able to buy new one even for exchange Flipkart or amazon giving only 5k 🙄🙄

it's because of 9611 many people complaint about that hanging freezing and network issue
