I am not seeing AM /PM in time

Hi ,

In time it is not showing AM/PM. If we select 12 hours option usaually it should show but not sure any where can we set that please let me know.

Status bar clock will not show am/pm..only homescreen clock widgets will show am/pm

this is silly question I feel, it is basic thing when we are using time format in 12hrs it should show AM /PM.
