Then go to settings》accessibility》interaction and dexternity》turn on accesive ball》there u will find screenshot option

Make Sure Below Setting is turned on, Go to your Phone Settings, then scroll down, and select Advanced Features, then tap on Motion and Gestures, on last you'll see Palm Swipe to Capture, if it off please turn it on. If the Mentioned settings were already correct in your phone try to restart.
