How to fix line breaks or hard returns that happens often in ai scanned text?

It often happens that copied text get line breaks
like this
for example.
If the ai can scan text, it should also fix this or give easy options in the keyboard or clipboard to fix such problems in text edits. 

Is there an alternative way to fix this editing problem?

Edit: I'm not talking about any error but the broken format that happens by scanning text from images, as happens when you copy paste text from pdf file. Just extract text from a image or watch this video for ex. https://youtu.be/wYbT4txasuw?si=Ay3xS5CJYIv1DVoJ

See edit. I'm talking about the typical problem in text formatting that occurs when text from image scanning or copying from a pdf. It's a suggestion Samsung should work on to improve the image text scanning and in text editing in general within the keyboard and on Samsung notes or something.
