If ur device eligible for one UI 6 then it will be got ur phone automatically. But I think ur phone is not eligible for one UI 6

M02 S is below the mid range phone. So you may have core versions of One UI. You can't get Full version of One UI.

You get One UI 6 Core Version until unless they release One UI 7 or 8 Full Version.

Samsung Galaxy M02s Device Was Launched With Android 10(ONE UI 2.0) And Promises To Give Two OS Update And Had Already Got Android 11 As Well As Android 12(ONE UI 4.0) Update.So There is No Chance To Get Android 13/14(ONE UI 5.0/6.OUpdate)
This Device Is Too Old So Will Not Get Any Security Update Also.
