windows 8.1 pro PC couldn't detect of mobile Hotspot of my new M21 handset whereas my old windows7 loaptop and others mobile device could detect this instantly. My PC wifi detect instantly other my sanmsung device like samsung M20 ,TAB7. I have talked long to Samsung customer care regarding this.They guide me all kind of setting in this mobile like factory setting.But problem remain same.After that I replace this device ,still problem persist with M21. Please help me, I am not feeling comfort with Samsung M21 Mobile handset.
I have the same issue with windows 10 laptop. windows 7 laptop and other devices like kindle, tab and other mobiles are able to connect to the hotspot. Please fix this issue with M21.
Try updating the network driver of your PC/ Laptop. Control panel> Hardware and sound> Device manager > Network adapters - here you will get the name of the specific network adapter in your computer. Search for network adapter drivers for your Windows version and manufacturer (hp , Lenovo etc.). Download and install the latest driver available.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Try after rebooting the phone.
