The "hide status & navigation bar" in Screenshots feature is not working in One UI 4.1 of Samsung Galaxy M31s. I even have the screenshots of this. I don't know if it is a bug or a glitch, but I just noticed it so brought it to your concern.
When disabled
When enabled, it is still capturing the status and navigation bar
Hoping that Samsung fixes this.

Go to settings>apps>select show system apps>scroll down to Samsung capture>select it>now click on storage>clear cache/data
