Everyone  please report to samsung team that we are all facing Battery drain issue, UI lag issue, display touch issue in bottom right corner and Animation  lag issue in galaxy M30 after android 10 update..please report to samsung team.

same problem. moreover in my case camera freeze for 5-10 seconds while switching from rear camera to front camera or rear camera normal mode to wide angle mode. i don't know whether all M30 user facing this issue!!

Hi there,

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the lagging issue:
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
> Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device maintenance > storage).

>Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

>To resolve the issue please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the given link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1101689

>For touch issue, 

Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Touch). 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Ask Questions).

Exact same issues faced right after android 10 update, along with "usb connected disconnected" constant notifications, battery drain, and not charging without shutdown or restart issues. HORRIBLE SUPPORT !!
