Hello! My m31 device has no direct video call option. Only Duo online supported is there. But every other Samsung device has direct video call option. How is it possible?

I think you already opted for the duo as the default video calling app but you can change that.

Go to your phone app click on the 3 dot button on the top right corner >click on setting > look for "Make video call using" and select phone app. See the attached screenshot for more clarification.

I had done so.. it still gives only option of Duo...

When I uninstall Duo then there is no video calling option..

It's Samsung Galaxy M315F28.

It mostly works for jio to jio or airtel to airtel...if you have any of those Sim, try once and check
