Hello user,
Let's first discuss about F41. This is just we can say the succesor of M21 with 64MP camera with Samsungs 9611 processor which will be used for daily usage not for gaming purposes. It has FHD+ and sAMOLED display because of which you'll have a great viewing experience with Samsung’s exclusive AOD feature. But as it is running with ONEUI Core version you'll have some limitations like no Good Lock, no bixby. This phone doesn't have any KNOX hardware security so you'll not find secure folder and Samsung pay option

Coming to your second desired phone M12. Discussing about the display it has HD+ with TFT IPS display which will give average viewing experience as compared to F41. So you've to compromise with AOD feature. As it holds 90Hz display so you'll get a smooth screening but remember it has Exynos 850 processor which has slight less performance as compare to 9611. But the best you're getting with this is Samsung most advanced security module KNOX. And because of it you'll find Samsung secure folder option which is arriving with upcoming update. As it doesn't has NFC so you can't take the benefits of Samsung pay.

So decide as per your need......

It's unlikely for M12 to recieve Secure folder even if it has Knox hardware level security.
You can always use safe folder in files app by Google which is dependable and secure.
