Hello after oneui 5 update. i am facing problem with video calling app

During video call for 1 or 2 min its working ok then after my voice gone.. called party did not hear my voice any more.
i have uninstall and reinstall the whatsapp and meet app but still i am facing microphone mute/disable during video call.

any one plz help...

Same issue. I have purchased my phone 20 days ago. No help from customer care centre. Telling me that entire data will be wipedout
