Heating problem

I am Facing overheating problem in m21 after Android 11 update in 31 march. I talked to customer care they told me some settings  but they didn't work.  Phone is heating in top area of phone including camera. 

Please tell me what should I do.

Try clearing the cache. You should do this after every major upgrade. Also, if it doesn't hurt, reset the phone.

They told me to show your device to authorize service centre and the code which is given on the bill or anything, inform us so we can checked by our side also
