Heating issue

I bought a galaxy m32 prime on October 2022 and I was facing extreme heating issues now it started on the last weeks of March. First I thought it maybe because of any app so I deleted suspected apps 

As I don't do my gaming. I only used to play small games like temple run,beach buggy.etc I also deleted those now I am facing battery charge drop.

During first time I only need to charge my phone once a day and an important thing is I always use battery protect all the time , charge only upto 85% till now also but battery is not ending and need to be charge again how can I fix as my warranty period is not ended can I do anything like battery replace.etc

Plus I upgraded it into latest version

Factory Reset the phone. Remove only apps visible in home screen or app drawer, like Facebook etc. Then use the phone normally for a week, because phone optimizes is battery life to your usage. If this didn't work, then go to service centre. Btw, I am using M32 4g, that prime edition is just name changed phone. I have no issues with my phone.
