Heating issue

My phone (galaxy m31)...my phone is unusually showing heating issue when I'm downloading large size files

I am facing more heating issues bothside I never pickup phone no heavy loaded apps usage. And I have another problem at same time I didn't received any notification messages but I have still hearing notification sound, I don't know why that sound coming from my phone.
