Heating Issue in Gaalxy M21

I had purchased Galaxy M21 4 days ago, and after small usage like- making a phone call, using an application, watching a video etc. is causing heating issue in the upper part of the display....

What should i do???

i am also facing the same issue since the day I have bought the device. Not only that from past 2 days it jas become so difficult to use the phone as the time I pickup the phone it just closes it with the error message in the attachment. Please help with the issue as mentioned link didn't helped

Hi Support,

Why everybody is facing the same heating issue in Samsung Galaxy M21. I am also facing the same problem from the beginning itself.W e tried all the possibilities, but the heating issue is not resolved. The heating issue comes only when I am using webex app.. I am able to use only 30 minutes. I am able to the webex app with lower end RAM phone without heating issue.

More than 10+ years I am using samsung mobile. Sorry to say that I made a wrong decision this time to purchase samsung galaxy M21.
