Hangout in work profile crashing after Android 10 update

After updating Android 10, my work profile apps are crashing specially hangout, google meet, whereas works perfectly with normal hangout and

Try to clear data and then try again😊😊

Noting happened, i tried all possibilities, cleared data, uninstalled-installed again, still the same issues.
