Why are features like goodlock and keys cafe not provided to M series users? 

Any updates if they can be available on such devices in future?

Core means Not getting full and flagship device features, it's getting cutting feature from Full UI.

No if your device out of the box Core Version then it not possible after getting update if possible then Samsung put into out of the box.
btw that is the difference between flagship and midrange.

There is no KNOX security availabel for M series devices it is features of KNOX security

Not true. I have secure folder in my M31s since the update but the goodlock modules aren't supported.
You can install clockface and One hand operation+ through nicelock though.
