Samsung M series one of the worst series of Samsung. I am the first and last customer of Samsung one of the worst mobile device in long run now i am switching to Realme Device. There is massive problem in M31 of auto restart and hang issues within 1 Year i request you all if you are thinking to use device in long run then please switch to other asap dont use this samsung.

Excellent decision. Samsung chrages premium & provide bogus experience. It's really better to go for other OEMs who give better price to performance ratio

I'm very much satisfied with my M52 5G as I'm using it since last year. I found no problem except wifi speed after the recent update....

I faced flickering issue when I bought it but after some months, It fixed.
I again faced after upgrading to ONE UI4.1 but restarting the phone solved the problem. Now there is no problem regarding the screen, I checked again and again

M series is only focus on hardware I think you can't say all devices are bad

You can go mid premium a series
Or flagships s series

I am using samsung from star pro,e7,j6+ and now f23 5g with no issues from samsung

M31 as many issues Samsung also sloved some of it. Don't say Samsung is worst mobile. It's No 1 brand in world

I am using m31 for more than 2 years..it's not bad...there is no issue as mentioned...really a good midrange mobile no doubt

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1: From the home screen swipe up or down to access the App Screen > Setting > General Management > Reset > Auto Restart > To Turn OFF auto-restart slide the slider toward the left.
Method 2: Go to 'Settings'>>Tap on 'Battery and device care'>> Tap on Three dots>>Tap on 'Automation'>>Disable 'Auto-restart at set times' if enabled

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Navigate to the Apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on the desired app>>Tap on Uninstall>>Tap on OK

Reset settings: From the home screen, click on Settings>>General Management>> click on reset and then reset setting.

If the issue still persists we would request you to kindly visit your nearby service center, for the physical inspection of your device. Please be assured, our team will surely help you with this.
