Golden ring around app icons

I have started to see some app icons have a golden ring around them. Not sure why they're there. I'm new to Samsung.

look at the chrome icon

Display Settings -> Icons -> Icons Only or something of this kind, or maybe a part of your theme/icon pack.

maybe it's a Setting related to your icon pack settings.
