Gmail app problem after update

I have recently updated my android to version 13.i am getting problem with gmail app.Gmail app is often asking permission to folder access and notifications are coming in the phone.i blocked the gmail app notifications many times but its not working.app permission are given but its asking everytime in gmail app.kindly give me a solution for this.

Phone name - samsung M32

Android version - 13
