Getting quite a lot of ghost touch issues, battery optimization is also not good

On My Samsung Galaxy M31 sometimes for no reason, the screen pops up and shows accidental touch protection, touch response is very slow and battery optimization has gone for a toss, background apps are running a lot, draining all the battery, Please look after the Issue
