You can't use the official GCAM but you can go for some MODS of GCam which have been especially made for Exynos chipsets.

It only works if that exynos chip support Raw format. Most of budget and mid range exynos or even premium exynos chip in some cases doesn't support raw. So, Gcam won't work.

I'm telling about GCam MOD for e.g, PENGUIN GCam which has some of the features like Photo sphere portrait mode and slow mo as like Official GCAM by google

Yes, but it won't work like gcam as it should. It will work like normal camera. Hdr+ enhancement or even astrophotography, like he said he wants night time photography, that wont work

No these features can't be enabled there as there requires CAM 2 API. But I was suggesting him that if he wants then he can try this to take some features of GCAM

Try Gcam Go which is the lite version of Gcam and it doesn't need Camera2Api enabled...or ZGcam which is specially for exynos chipped devices..
