I purchased m52 in Jan 2022.my screen has some issue so i went to service center.they say that your phone is bend.so screen is not replaced even if it is in warranty.customer care say that it hapens while u keep your phone in pocket.what should i do?i dont whether bend is already there itself while first  purchase or due to pocket issue.they charge 7500 for this.

These are the cheap tactics they use to steal out customers money. I would suggest issue a complaint and mail this as inappropriate behavior and let Samsung know what workers are doing. Also never mind to contact consumer forum if you don't receive any response.

Already visited service center.didnt recevied good response.ask for charge even if phone is in warranty.

I too took my M52 to Samsung Service center regarding 5G network not getting enabled. The service guys just took my mobile and said your phone is bend, this must have happened after you kept the phone in your pocket.  He didn't even care to check the root cause.

I always keep my mobile in my shirt pocket but they still insisted that because it is bend the 5G network is not working. Not sure why this only impact 5G network and not 4G network. 

My mobile network service provider,  Airtel & Vodafone, both informed that the my M52 5G mobile are not 5G compatible. Don't know what to do.
