Galaxy MI too took my M52 to Samsung Service center regarding 5G network not getting enabled. The service guys just took my mobile and said your phone is bend, this must have happened after you kept the phone in your pocket. He didn't even care to check the root cause.
I always keep my mobile in my shirt pocket but they still insisted that because it is bend the 5G network is not working. Not sure why this only impact 5G network and not 4G network.
My mobile network service provider, Airtel & Vodafone, both informed that the my M52 5G mobile are not 5G compatible. Don't know what to do.
