And about AppCloud running in background.That is the issue of your device.In my device AppCloud never runs in background after disabling.None of Indian device has AppCloud running in background after disabling it.And the battery usage in my screenshot says that too as in my device AppCloud never have access to battery or it never runs in background.So why it says "None since device last fully charge".Or it would say 0% used since last fully charged"if it runs in background .And fyi AppCloud is of almost 19mb in all Indian device.But in your device it is just 332kb.So first you should contact the Samsung Service Center of the country from which you have imported your device or you need to get in contact with Samsung Bangladesh if your device ia bought from Samsung Bangladesh
And about the policy which you mentioned opened in your set from"in app notification setting"option which is literally missing in Indian set of device.So literally it is issue of the country from where you have bought the device
