Galaxy M31S echo issues

I have been facing echo issues with my phone ever since I updated the software. 

Whenever I take a call over speaker, google meet, whatsapp voicecall or any other application using wifi for calling, the recipient hears his or her own echo constantly during the call. The problem persists even if I connect a wired headset.

It's a bug in the update they will fix it in next update

I have facing crackling sound In loud speaker...not even here ringtone clearly....this is my last Samsung mobile even from the day of purchase am facing sound issues in wired headphones now it started in load speakers.
I used mobiles under 7k ~10k i never get irritated this kinda of issues..
