Galaxy M31 is rebooting itself

It's just been a month with the device and it is rebooting itself and gets stuck on the boot screen.

Sadly you have to reset your phone and your data will be lost (Its already lost because there is no solution). To do so as you said ita stuck on boot screen...

Firstly, push Volume Down + Power button for a couple of seconds.

When the screen goes dark hold down Volume Up and Power keys for a few seconds.

Release all keys if the SAMSUNG Galaxy logo shows up.

Then select wipe data/factory reset by using Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to confirm that.

And when the process is finished select "Reboot now"

whenever i do the above steps,it goes to installing system update and it fails,this process is repeating

Then u need to fully flash ur Stock Rom or visit service center

i have problem as below;

Today I receive software update notice and when i try it download all and while installing update it appear SUPER : Built Id does not match with the reference.

Volume Down Key + Power Key for more than 7 secs :Cancel (restart phone)

After pressing these two keys, it start installing update and same problem appear in my phone.

Hard reset of phone also not possible.

How to do? Since lockdown is going on i cannot use my phone.

Auto restart is off.. I just turned off auto optimization..

i think everyone is facign the same issue.

my mobile Samsung M31S started recently showing the true color...should have never bought the phone ..soon after my warranty period end, its loop of restart ... for replacing the motherboard they are charging 9.5k..

instead to go for to other phones.. ( never samsuang ).

biggest mistake for choosing samsung m31s over one plus nord.

Samsung is not serious about this issue,, will boycot the product and will recommend other not to buy any samsung mobiles.
