Galaxy M31 camera quality

Hello, recently i brought this new model of galaxy m series. I brought this specially for the camera. Recently i am facing some image problem with it. I am upload samples for the issue. 

Capture with 64mp camera. Below image while i zoom in the image.

This image getting smudged and like watercolor while i zoom in the image. I really cannot understand what is happening after the image is processing. I tried to find some settings but couldn't find any. Trying to use lots of different process but final output is like this.

I brought Samsung because i heard about its camera quality but while i am using it...its output is really bad. Please resolve this issue.

I have recently purchase Samsung M31 mobile 1 day ago

As per your suggested settings and instruction, I followed that but Samsung M31 camera quality is very poor and worst quality.

Samsung M31 has a 64MP camera but it look like 5MP camera quality.

This mobile is good for other things but not for camera.

I have purchased this mobile as it provides lots of features  as per my requirement.

Clicking an image from within Whatsapp gives a shaken or shifted image. This does not happen when clicking image from Camera app.

It was not clicked by any kind of app camera, nor whatsapp. It was captured by its own camera with 64mp option.

You are right, night mode is too bad, samsung did **bleep** advertisement about the camera

My phone is just 20 days old... But all default app lags while opening.. Specially camera app.. Image processing took noticeable time

samsung m31 have realy 16 Mp Camera convert resolution by software for 64 mp but real 16 mp samsung make fool to customer. when I am using other camera app then it detect only 16 Mp max.

It's not 64mp camera at all. Seems it’s gimmick only... poor quality

yes, Samsung creats a bad reputation of its own. Why compromise with the best feature of it... I will not prefer this phone to anyone...

Myself too bought m31, but I am disappointed because of the poor camera quality and heating.  It has 64mp camera but it captures like 12mp camera and took processing time more. I didn't expect this from samsung. Actually I was about to buy mi or oppo, but I want to boycott Chinese phone so I bought samsung. But now I think Samsung doesn't care about their customers and quality. Hereafter I won't buy samsung phones. I will go for Google or iPhone.  If Samsung doesn't fix the issue I am going to sale m31 and will purchase Google or iPhone.
