Galaxy M12 Issue

Iam using galaxy M12 since last 20 days but I have noticed a issue that whenever i pull down or scroll through the notification panel it lags too much. I mean the notification panel is not smooth it is laggy, doesn't seems to be working in 90hz.

If anyone have noticed the same issue comment below...
