5 years ago Samsung was almost down due to hanging in low budget phones, but recent 2 years m series have given come back. But now again all the phone giving problem at a same time  to mother board. I referred many friends to buy Samsung but now this is ridiculous my Friend lost his m31s which was purchased 1 year ago. correctly after 1 year of warranty mother board gone now service Centre is asking for 7000 for replacement. He is very poor. Samsung really playing with poor.

Now a fresh report, which cites problems reported by Samsung phone users in India, notes that many Galaxy A series and Galaxy M series phones are suffering from issues, including random rebooting. The issues are apparently linked to the Exynos chipset used in these phones.

 many Galaxy A series and Galaxy M Series phones using Exynos 9610 and Exynos 9611 are suffering from random reboots or other issues. In particular, the phones that have been affected are: The Galaxy M30s, the Galaxy M31, the Galaxy M31s, the Galaxy A50, the Galaxy A50s and the Galaxy A51

I'm sorry about Ur friend, Even My Sister faced The same Issue with M31s .. Thank God, Phone Under Warrenty.. they Replaced for free With in a Week..

Same here after 13 month facing auto restarting but still thinking what can I do next because can't use my m31 phone atlest one single minute just because constantly restart and stuck on android symbol and finnaly get heat and same thing happened till 2,3 hour my both Sim lost just because this issue

Why Samsung is not taking any action in this regard.shame on Samsung phone. I really like Samsung phones but nowadays Samsung do nothing. Specially there exynos chipset is very bad
