I just bought a Samsung Galaxy M51 in Brazil. It's brand new and I don't use any kind of problematic app or screen protector or anything like that.
I'm experiencing a VERY LONG delay (like 5 seconds or more sometimes) when I try to activate the screen or unlock the phone using any method (touching two times on the screen, using fingerprint scan etc.).
After the screen is "active", with images, I have no trouble using the fingerprint scan or using other methods to unblock the screen. If I try to block the screen and use the fingerprint scan right after, or just touch two times on the screen, it works just fine. But if the phone are "resting" for some minutes the delay appears again: you can lift the phone, touch the screen or any buttons, but you have to wait at least 5 seconds to see anything on the screen.
