Front camera not working Samsung galaxy M30

From the last two months my Samsung galaxy M30 front camera not working.

Initially front and back camera both stopped working, I tried to clear camera cache and memory , reset camera setting , after this back camera start working but still front camera is not working.  just hung camera app and never function.

Can anyone please suggest what to do now. Will downgrading OS to android 9 help me solve the problem.

Go to dialer n dial *#0*# and check there if your camera is working or not .

what can we do now... android OS version downgrade will help fix this issue ?

Bro now try in the same members go to self test and check there as well and if the issue occurs again visit service centre
