Galaxy Mremove the previous added app in Focus mode and click close all. then go to focus mode and re select it.

Galaxy Mhave you tried remove all the apps from Focus mode and click close all then reselect the app again in Focus mode? M Series should work.
there is an update of "Digital Wellbeing" app
update the app on Galaxy Store.
but some user have complained this issue too on other platforms. don't know whether they have got solutions or not. try your luck by trying the solution I have mentioned above.
