Fingerprint not responding any solutions?

Not responding means?? Like it doesn't recognize sometimes or is slow to recognize? Or it never recognizes?

If you use some kind of glass protection, then have a check... Some glass protection don't allow optical Fingerprint reader to work correctly.

It's M series so it won't be in display scanner.
