Fingerprint doesn't work after 3 4 days of registering...

1) Once I register the fingerprint on samsung galaxy M31s.. it automatically stops capturing after 4 days and says fingerprint not registered..

I have to remove them and again register.. same priblem happening from the day I had purchased the it.

2) Everyday in morning phone asks to enter the password to unlock even when there is fac unlock and fingerprint is registered.

How to solve..

Have you tried Resetting Settings?

go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings and try if still same issue persist then do visit service centre

no this settings will not delete anything , don't worry, you can perform 3 resetting execept one

1. Go to your setting
2. open Biomatrics and se curity
3. Delete old recorded fingerprint .like fingerprint 1,2 .
4. Then add your new fingerprint . Then it works better than ago. Please try it now

For me alarm works without unlocking. My phone is the same as yours...
