I use the samsung Galaxy m30s but this smartphone have fingerprint sensor problem it can not response fastly or not match quickly.
Dear Samsung Electronics team please resolve this problem immediate.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1) The device may not recognize fingerprints that are affected by wrinkles, small or thin fingers.

 

2) To improve recognition performance, register fingerprints of the hand used most often to perform tasks on the device.

 

3) Ensure that the screen protector or the touchscreen on the fingerprint recognition sensor area is not scratched or damaged by objects, such as coins, keys,pens,and necklaces.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

after updating my m30s, I have been facing problem with fingerprint sensor. sometimes it doesn't work and I have to push power button to unlock my phone.
