My Samsung M33 5G has 30GB of photos, videos and audios automatically deleted. Even after talking to customer care and taking remote support, no reason could be found for this happening. Samsung Care only said that they do not have information related to the reason for the file deletion. According to him neither my phone is hacked nor there is any virus in the phone. After deleting the data of such a huge file, I can't trust the phone's internal storage anymore, the data may get deleted in the future.

We want to inform you that you can restore your data from the Samsung cloud if you have done the backup of your data. Please follow the below steps to restore data from the Samsung cloud: Settings >> Tap on Accounts and backup >> Tap on the Samsung Cloud >> Tap on Restore data >> Tap on Restore >> Tap on done. Note: You can choose the device and data you want to restore.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

My data cannot be recovered because I did not take a backup in the cloud. But more than data restore I just want answer of one question that how 30 GB data got automatically deleted from latest updated software Android 13 Samsung M33 5G phone???
Same issue here. You should intimate the costumer that we need to off the auto deletion option worst experience samsung I lost my 7 yr old photos and all. Never going to buy or recommend samsung
