if you have windows I don't know about Mac users but if you have Windows laptop or computer or anything desktop computer or laptop then download your phone app my peopleton or might you have to download but in Samsung phones still download the your phone app or it will be there already then sign in with your Microsoft account in both of your device or how many devices you have Dhan turn on the sync setting in both of your device there will be some kind of setting
all you need an app called ES FILE MANAGER ( u can use any other file manager, But i trust it i'm using it from 2014. user friendly) and you have to connect in same network( if you are not using ftp).
now open the app, then menu, go to network goto lan then scan, go to your pc, copy the files from shared folders, next come to menu go to the local choose desire folder and paste it.
if you want to use ftp access :
menu then network then view on PC press turn on you will get a FTP address, put it on windows explorer's address bar, press enter.
