Extend OS updates for Galaxy M33

Dear samsung,

 M33 5g has been a lovable phone to us. One thing that we rquest you to is, extend software support for this phone to 4 years.

 New phone M34 has also been promised to have 4 years of OS update.

 Kindly extend the same special treatment to M33 users too.

 It will be a kind Gesture from you...

Being optimistic and having false hope is different. No company would extend updates for any existing devices. It will always change prospective update policies with new devices and that too for flagship series. So would suggest you not to keep such expectations or you will be disappointed

We are only saying for M33 series as M34 has same processor and it will support 4 os update so why not M33

We can HOPE for itt...Its in Samsung hands to do it or not

You have some wrong information about M34. Here is the link to official samsung post for devices eligible with 4 Years update. Do you see any M series devices in it?

In the box they mentioned 4 os upgrade, if they don't provide then sab milke gar mar denge samsung ka
