Display problem

• My samsung galaxy m30 is just over a year old. Already fast charging is not working. It isnot the fault of my charger. But the normal samsung charger works on restarting the phone. Secondly the screen does not go off. The always on display is turned off. It will only go off when the phone is restarted. Please help.
