My mobile display is acting wierd , it responses to touch correctly but there are colour vertical lines all over the screen. I didn't drop the mobile or there isn't even a scratch on the screen. My warranty period is expiring and no service centers are open from a week. Can anybody help me with this issue

Check device in Safe Mode.
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.
