After i update my samsung m51 phone my phone display has a fault, it is not working properly and the screen turns yellow color sometimes it turns pink color. So even though the screen is amoled, the screen turns gray instead of black in dark mode, so what is the benefit of amoled screen?

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Step 1: To enter into Safe mode:
Power off the device>Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device>>When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

To exit the safe mode, restart the device.

Step 2: Check for Software Updates using the steps:
Settings >> Software update >> Download and install>>Check for software
update >> If Software update available>>Download>>Downloading updates>>Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

Step 3: Please reset all device settings using the steps:
Apps>settings> general management>reset all settings( Delete just settings) / Factory reset( Delete complete files, apps etc)

Kindly create a data backup of your device via the smart switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Remember the google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.

If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) the google account.
For this; Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin)>>Select forgot password>>Select "try another way" like mobile number, security question, etc.>>Select Next.

If your issue will be not resolved after performing the steps, kindly visit our service center.

This may lose Samsung brand...
1. If there is software bug issue which is intentionally added this issue. Which may not be trust worthy software Samsung is providing..
2. If it's a screen problem hardware issue means Samsung devices will be same as cheap China products will no longer last.. This may effect the people who are buying Samsung mobiles will look for other company smartphones.

If this issue will not fix as fast as possible this may be one of the trending video in youtube which may effect upcoming Samsung mobiles and also other products..
