Display issue on Samsung M51 after July 2023 security patch update

- I'm facing the issue of display turning into grey on my Samsung galaxy M51 after the July 2023 security patch update which is the last security update for this model. 
- I have also emailed on Samsung support regarding the same 
- If this problem is not solved free of cost from their side as it's completely the fault of the company by giving a buggy last security update (as it's for many individuals and it shows that this is completely for business purpose so that the users scrap their old phone to upgrade to a new one) , then I swear I won't buy any Samsung product in the future nor I would let buy any of my relatives and friends any of the Samsung product 
- I thought Samsung is the company with ethics but after experiencing this I think my thought was totally false
 
I went to the authorised service centre today and they are telling me that it's completely my fault and I have damaged the phone. They are not even ready to acknowledge that there is an issue after their software update. This behaviour is very arrogant from a company like Samsung. They are not even ready to acknowledge that there may arise a fault from their side with a bug in security patch update.

Samsung India should look into this issue as Samsung M51 is the most famous M series phone and lakhs of people have purchased it. If this issue arises on a mass scale then none of the existing users will upgrade to a Samsung phone in future.

Its not a firmware issue, these models of phones are built to last only 2 years and a few months, downgrading or adding custom roms will not work,the display will just not work like before. Just dont buy samsung products anymore.

I also faced the same problem I have updated this July 2023 patch on 8th of August 2023. After that black screen issue is continuously coming and today its display got continuously black and not getting active.

Took to service center today and they are telling to change the display costing Rs.8000 which I have to pay them.

Why customer has to take the pain when company is giving such nonsence software patch updates and damaging the phone.

Need a solution urgently.

Exactly..... Such is their arrogance that they are not even ready to acknowledge even the possibility of a bug in software update. They simply put all the blame on the consumer directly!

Even I am facing the same issue with my M51. First it happened in the first quarter of the year immediately after a software update. I went to thecustomer care and they asked me to service the mobile pointing towards an hardware issue. The issie still continued after that servicing. The same is repeating after the recent update this month (Aug 23), screen blacks out suddenly, sometimes on recieving calls and sometimes randomly. This time also when I visited customer care they gave me the same reason of this being an hardware issue. Whereas both the time when this happened immediately after the software update. The screen blacks out and the apps keep running in the background. The issue still persists. The samsung customer care does not accept this as a software issue and also they open the hardware when it is not even needed. Please escalate this and give a resolution because almost a year since I am using the mobile in such miserable condition.
